The principals and founders of Relay Human Cloud have been focused on delivering high-quality operations in cutting-edge companies for their entire careers.Job Summary:We’re looking for an MRI Commercial (PMX-7) expert to own the full NNN recovery process within MRI—eliminating Excel-based reconciliations and driving accuracy and efficiency.What You’ll DoConfigure NNN Recovery Escrow, expense pools, and recovery charge codes in MRIRun estimated, billed, and actual NNN recovery calculationsGenerate tenant reconciliation and recovery letters directly from MRIInterpret lease language for CAM, tax, and insurance recoveriesResolve variances and support tenant inquiriesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of commercial real estate accounting experienceAdvanced, hands-on MRI Commercial (PMX-7) experienceStrong knowledge of NNN, CAM, tax, and insurance recoveriesProven ability to complete recoveries fully within MRI (no Excel dependency)Commercial real estate experience requiredProcess-improvement mindset preferredWhy Join Relay Human Cloud? ✨
