Title : Professional & Personal Assistant Experience : 1+ Years Location : Ahmedabad Roles and Responsibilities: Screen and answer direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. Handle requests and queries appropriately. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments. Make travel arrangements. Organize and schedule appointments Source office supplies. Devise and maintain office filing system. Maintain Discretion and confidentiality. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports/documents. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers Help to organize and maintain office common areas. Maintain supply inventory. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Research and create presentations Generate reports Maintain contact lists Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, fax and forms Develop and maintain a filing system and office supplies Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements Maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques Email Management Assisting with Legal documents Basic Accounting knowledge Requirements And Skills: Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant/Admin Assistant. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines MS Office and English proficiency. Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Experience with documentation and reporting. Preferred Excel Knowledge or ready to learn
