As Sous Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen team, and help craft exceptional dining experiencesWhat’s In It for You* Career growth with a fast-expanding, dynamic hotel brand * Unique opportunity to work in a natural and serene setting * Major learning and development opportunities during a key growth phase * ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) – be a part-owner in our success * Cross-property development opportunities across The Postcard HotelKey Responsibilities* Assist in daily kitchen operations and manage team performance * Prepare and supervise a wide range of multicuisine dishes, with a focus on authentic Gujarati cuisine * Ensure high standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentation * Manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain operational efficiency * Work closely with the F &B service team to deliver seamless guest experiences * Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards consistently * Contribute to menu planning using seasonal and locally sourced ingredientsYour Skills & Experience* Proven experience in upscale hotel or resort kitchens * Strong command of Indian, international, and especially Gujarati cuisine * 5–8 years of professional culinary experience, with mandatory luxury hotel exposure. * Leadership and team-building skills * Strong problem-solving and communication abilities * Ability to perform in high-pressure and remote-location environments * Knowledge of kitchen equipment, hygiene, and food cost controls
