The role requires creativity, operational efficiency, and strong customer interaction skills.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner with excellent quality standards.Plan menus based on budget and seasonal ingredient availability.Manage stock levels of ingredients and kitchen equipment; place orders as required.Maintain and enforce hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.Prepare and maintain existing recipes (e.g., guacamole, salsa dips, cut fruits, platters, etc.).Create new recipes based on customer demand and industry trends.Handle live kitchen operations within the store.Conduct events, workshops, and tasting sessions.Assist in basic continental cuisine preparation.Support day-to-day café/store operations.Interact with customers and assist with upselling products.Work collaboratively with the team and support team management when required.Take customer feedback and implement improvements.Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: Hotel Management (HM) or relevant experience in a similar role.3-6 yrs of Previous relevant work experienceBasic communication skills in English and Hindi.Presentable with strong customer interaction skills.Hospitality industry background preferred.Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of food quality standards and timely service executionMenu planning skills within budget and seasonal ingredient availabilityInventory management and stock replenishment knowledgeUnderstanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standardsAbility to create and innovate recipes based on customer demandAwareness of industry trends and ability to maintain standard recipes (guacamole, salsa dips, cut fruits, platters, etc.)Ability to receive customer feedback positively and implement improvements in products or servicesBasic continental cuisine knowledgeStrong communication and customer interaction skillsUpselling skillsTeam coordination and operational support skillsHospitality background (HM preferred)Presentable and comfortable working in a retail store environmentDetailsWorking Days: 6 days a weekWorking Hours: 9 hours per dayShift Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PMBenefitsMediclaimProvident Fund (PF)Paid LeavesNo night shifts
