Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in interior design concepts, layouts, drawings, and detailingPrepare presentations, mood boards, and material palettesSupport selection of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décorAssist in day-to-day site execution as per approved drawingsCoordinate and supervise interior installations and finishesTrack site progress and resolve execution issues with vendorsSupport vendor sourcing, quotations, samples, and coordinationPrepare BOQs, cost estimates, and maintain project documentationJob Requirements 0-3 years of experienceExcellent spoken EnglishExcellent AutoCAD, 3D modelling & renderingProven working experience as an Interior Architect/Building ArchitectExcellent design skills and ability to communicate ideas via different media ex: PowerPoint, mood-boardsShould have good street smarts - to be able to offer solutions across different situationsProcess-oriented with the ability to scrutinise documents in detailShould be very skilled at SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Enscape, Morpholio & Concept
