This role focuses on embedding AI directly into business workflows—turning data, models, and decisions into real-time operational systems.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild AI-powered applications on AIP integrating LLMs with enterprise data and workflows Develop ontology-driven models using Palantir Foundry to represent business entities, processes, and relationships Design and implement agentic workflows that interact with real-world systems (supply chain, operations, finance) Integrate AI into decision-making loops with human-in-the-loop controls Develop pipelines that connect data → decisions → actions within operational systems Implement governance, auditability, and access controls for enterprise AI usage Build applications that enable real-time monitoring, simulation, and scenario analysis Required Skills & Experience2 to 4 years of strong programming skills (Python, SQL) and experience with data-intensive systems. 2 to 4 years of experience working with Palantir Foundry or similar data platforms. This role will define how AI integrates into core business processes using Palantir’s ontology-driven and decision-centric approach.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect end-to-end AI systems using AIP and Foundry, connecting data, models, and operational workflows Design ontology-driven architectures representing enterprise entities, relationships, and processes Define patterns for embedding AI into decision-making and execution layers Establish governance frameworks for data access, auditability, and compliance Design human-in-the-loop systems for critical decision workflows Align AI systems with real-world operations—ensuring adoption and measurable impact Guide teams on scalability, performance, and operational resilience Required Skills & Experience4 to 8 years of deep expertise in enterprise architecture and operational systems design. Strong understanding of ontology modeling and decision intelligence systems. Experience with large-scale data platforms and real-time systems. Familiarity with AI/LLM integration into business workflows. Ability to translate business processes into AI-driven operational systems.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Palantir Foundry and AIP Background in industries with complex operations (defense, logistics, energy, etc.) Strong stakeholder alignment and transformation leadership experience.
