The Tata Group operates in more than 100 countries across six continents, with the mission 'To improve the quality of life of the communities we serve globally, through long term stakeholder value creation based on leadership with Trust.’ResponsibilitiesResponsible for installation, qualification, and maintenance of analytical and failure analysis (FA) equipment supporting Semiconductor Fab operations. Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure high equipment uptime and reliability. Work closely with process, R&D, and quality teams to resolve tool-related issues impacting yield and performance. Coordinate with equipment suppliers/vendors for maintenance, upgrades, and spare parts management. Monitor tool performance, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement (CIT) initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency. Maintain documentation, logs, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Train technicians and engineers on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices. Support lab operations and contribute to overall equipment strategy and optimization.
