We are committed to driving business transformation through advanced technology, AI, and strong engineering practices.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior AI Engineer who can design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems across diverse domains—not limited to Generative AI.This role involves working across Computer Vision, Machine Learning, NLP/GenAI, Time-Series Forecasting, and Unsupervised Learning, while owning end-to-end architecture and delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions across domains such as Computer Vision, NLP, forecasting, and anomaly detectionTranslate business problems into machine learning solutions, experiments, and measurable KPIsSelect appropriate models and techniques based on use case requirementsOptimize models for performance, scalability, latency, and cost efficiencyDevelop and maintain full-stack applications using technologies like React, FastAPI, Flask, and Node.jsBuild APIs, backend systems, and integrate AI models into production environmentsCollaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutionsWrite clean, scalable, and well-documented Python code for data processing and model developmentDeploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudImplement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and ensure system reliabilityWork in Agile environments, participate in sprints, and deliver iterative improvementsMentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices and team growthRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field5+ years of experience in AI/ML with exposure to multiple domainsStrong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learnExperience in building and deploying end-to-end machine learning systemsHands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system designExperience with SQL and designing data pipelines for ML systemsKnowledge of model monitoring, evaluation, and performance optimizationAbility to write clean, maintainable, and production-quality codeExperience with real-world AI projects and production deploymentsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to choose practical, non-hype solutionsGood to HaveExperience with Kubernetes, Kafka/Kinesis, or feature storesExposure to real-time or large-scale distributed systemsWhy Join MSBC Group?Opportunity to work with global clients across industriesExposure to real-world, large-scale AI systemsCollaborative and innovation-driven work environmentContinuous learning and career growth opportunitiesEqual Opportunity StatementMSBC Group is an equal opportunity employer.
