Site Engineer

Position Overview We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and executing on-site projects related to sewer rehabilitation, pipeline surveys, and wastewater management. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day activities at project sites. Ensure timely execution of sewer rehabilitation and survey projects as per technical specifications. Supervise installation, maintenance, and operation of specialized equipment such as CCTV survey systems, no-dig rehabilitation tools, and pipeline lining technologies. Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and documentation. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve site-level challenges. Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for smooth execution of projects. Provide technical guidance to site staff and ensure adherence to project requirements. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of site/project experience in construction, infrastructure, or water & wastewater projects (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply). Knowledge of sewer rehabilitation, pipeline surveys, or no-dig technologies will be an advantage. Strong understanding of project management, site safety, and quality control. Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Willingness to travel and work at various project sites across India.
