Position Overview The Proposed GREMI University invites applications for the position of Research and Teaching Associate. Applicants who may not have prior professional experience but demonstrate strong academic performance, research aptitude, and intellectual promise will also be considered for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct review and analysis of research reports, policy papers, and academic publications. Support the formulation and drafting of policy documents, research briefs, and academic outputs. Undertake research on industry trends, policy developments, and emerging themes relevant to the University’s academic and research focus. Collect, interpret, and analyse data to support research initiatives and institutional projects. Develop and maintain analytical dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI. Contribute to spatial mapping and data visualization for research and policy analysis. Prepare professional presentations, reports, and documentation for academic and institutional purposes. Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and research initiatives undertaken by the University.Assist faculty members in teaching-related activities, including preparation of academic materials, course coordination, and supporting student learning Eligibility A relevant master’s degree in the built environment from a recognized institution.Candidates from relevant academic backgrounds who demonstrate outstanding academic records are strongly encouraged to apply.Prior professional experience is not mandatory; however, demonstrated research ability, analytical thinking, and writing skills will be highly valued.Required Skills and CompetenciesStrong academic writing and research skills. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and analytical dashboard creation. Exposure to spatial mapping and geospatial data visualization tools is desirable. Excellent professional presentation and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment and manage multiple responsibilities. Compensation • Compensation will be as per industry standards.
