The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrolments, managing client relationships, and representing the company at various educational forums and events. This role requires excellent communication, counselling, and presentation skills with a passion for the education and training industry. Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career options. Lead the sales process — identify prospects, establish contact, conduct follow-ups, and close enrolments. Serve as the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communication. Deliver effective presentations to prospective clients, including colleges and universities. Represent the company at education fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads, prospects, and partner institutions. Coordinate day-to-day activities of the training centre, including scheduling sessions between trainers and students. Desired Candidate Profile Immediate joiner preferred. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in sales in the ed-tech sector. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written). Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Confident, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic personality with a professional approach.
