Role Overview: We’re hiring an Academic Counsellor for our Offline Learning Centre in Jaipur/Ahmedabad. The role involves guiding learners, understanding their career goals, and driving enrolments for upGrad’s degree and certification programs. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective learners through calls, video sessions, and in-centre meetings. Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs. Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets. Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM. Requirements: Minimum 1+ year of EdTech sales, pre-sales, or counselling experience.
