As a growing D2C & B2B brand, we are committed to delivering high-performance solutions and exceptional customer experiences.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experience, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, quick resolution, and a positive brand experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platformsProvide end-to-end customer support and ensure high customer satisfactionAssist customers with product queries, order updates, and issue resolutionDeliver technical support and basic troubleshooting guidance related to productsMaintain strong client relationships and follow-up on customer concernsCoordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, operations) for quick resolutionsMaintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaintsEnsure timely response and professional communication at all touchpoints Requirements1-2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Client HandlingStrong communication skills (English + Hindi / Gujarati preferred)Experience in online support (WhatsApp, email, social media)Basic understanding of technical support / product explanationProficiency in CRM tools, Excel, or support softwareStrong problem-solving skills and customer-first approachAbility to handle multiple queries and fast-paced environmentA positive attitude, patience, and go-getter mindsetAhmedabad based preferredQualificationsGraduate in any field (preferred)Experience in manufacturing, D2C, or product-based company is a plus
