Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quoting Coordinator located in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The Quoting Coordinator will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotes for clients, analyzing project details, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring prompt communication with clients. Responsibilities include reviewing inquiry specifications, calculating costs, managing quote documentation, and maintaining updates through communication channels. Building strong client relationships and supporting the sales team are integral parts of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in cost estimation, pricing strategies, and preparing professional quotesStrong analytical and organizational skills, along with excellent attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with internal teams and clientsAbility to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using spreadsheets, quoting tools, and other relevant software platformsPrevious experience in the aluminium manufacturing or construction industry is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
