The candidate will be responsible for product listing, catalog management, advertising coordination, order handling, and ensuring strong online sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who understands Amazon Seller Central deeply and can execute strategies that improve visibility, conversions, and revenue.Key Responsibilities 1. Amazon Store & Catalog ManagementCreate and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central Upload products with correct titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords Ensure listings follow Amazon policies and category standards Handle variations, parent-child listings, and catalog corrections 2. Product Content & OptimizationOptimize listings for better search ranking (SEO) Coordinate product images, A+ content, and brand store updates Improve conversion rates through high-quality presentation 3. Order & Inventory CoordinationMonitor daily orders, dispatch timelines, and customer delivery performance Coordinate with internal warehouse/logistics teams for smooth fulfillment Maintain stock availability and prevent listing suppression 4. Advertising & Promotions SupportAssist in managing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) Track ad performance and optimize based on ROI Support seasonal promotions, deals, and discount campaigns 5. Account Health & ComplianceMaintain high seller performance metrics Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and feedback professionally Monitor account health dashboard and resolve policy warnings 6. Reporting & Growth ExecutionPrepare weekly reports on sales, traffic, conversion, and ad performance Identify new product opportunities and marketplace trends Support expansion into Flipkart and other platforms in the futureRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum1–3 years experiencein Amazon marketplace management Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central tools Understanding of listing SEO, PPC basics, and product ranking factors Ability to work with Excel, inventory sheets, and reporting dashboards Excellent communication and coordination skills High attention to detail and execution disciplinePreferred Candidate ProfileExperience in e-commerce for equipment, industrial, or B2B products Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content Ability to manage multiple SKUs (500+ products) efficiently Growth mindset with a passion for online scalingSalary & Benefits Annual Salary:₹2.40 Lakhs – ₹3.00 Lakhs per annum Performance-based incentives based on sales growth Career growth opportunity into E-Commerce Manager role Work with one of India’s fastest-growing commercial kitchen equipment brands
