Description: Manage the workflow of entire team of 25-30 people Work with the team leaders in ensuring client deliverables Mentor the team leaders and staff Take up the responsibility of Team Leaders as and when required Client Meetings and communication Review and Assess work completed by team member/team leaders, offering timely advice and tips to maintain workflow efficiency. Conduct training sessions and meetings with team members Proficiently prepare & finalize Financial statement and Tax Return for Company, Trust, Partnership & Individual. Expertise in preparing Tax Planning documents & Financial Statements Location and Timings: The opportunity is WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY.
