Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring food quality and safety standards by developing and implementing quality control protocols. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing production processes, conducting regular audits, managing quality assurance team operations, and ensuring all products meet regulatory and company standards. Collaboration with the production and supply chain teams to identify and address quality issues will also be a key responsibility. Qualifications Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance processes, including regulatory compliance and food safety standards.Experience in conducting audits and implementing quality improvement strategies.Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues efficiently.Exceptional communication and team management capabilities to lead a quality assurance team and collaborate with other departments.Proficiency in record-keeping, reporting, and documentation related to quality control.Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.Prior experience in the food service or fast-food industry is a strong advantage.
