Role : Quality Compliance LeadISO | CMMI | Process Excellence | AhmedabadWe are hiring an experienced Quality Compliance Lead to drive enterprise-wide quality governance, process maturity, and compliance initiatives for a growing technology organization based in Ahmedabad.Key Requirements10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Compliance, or QMSStrong hands-on expertise in:CMMI DEV v3.0 – Level 5CMMI SVC v3.0 – Level 5ISO 9001:2015ISO 27001:2022Proven experience independently leading:CMMI Level 5 appraisalsISO surveillance & recertification auditsProcess audits, CAPA/NCR management, and governance reviewsStrong knowledge of:QPM, CAR, SPC, KPI frameworks, Process ImprovementSix Sigma / Lean methodologiesAgile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery environmentsExperience in Process Asset Library (PAL), metrics management, compliance dashboards, and leadership reportingAbility to conduct training, stakeholder management, and organization-wide process adoptionPreferredSix Sigma Green/Black BeltExposure to ISO 20000 / ISO 27701Experience with BFSI, Healthcare, or Government compliance environmentsFamiliarity with GRC platforms like ServiceNow GRC or RSA ArcherRole HighlightsFull ownership of enterprise quality and compliance programsDirect collaboration with Engineering Leadership, Delivery Heads, and Senior ManagementOpportunity to lead high-impact CMMI & ISO initiatives at organizational scale
