Not even close.Role: Operations ManagerLocation: RemoteRole Overview:We are hiring an Operations Manager to design, manage, and continuously improve the operational systems that keep Joveo running efficiently. You will own processes, drive cross-functional execution, and build the operational backbone that scales with the business.Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operational workflows across one or more business functions- Design and implement standard operating procedures and process documentation- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead structured improvement initiatives- Track operational KPIs and produce regular performance reporting for leadership- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on operational priorities and resources- Build and lead operational team members through clear direction and development supportRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in an operations management role in a technology or services company- Strong analytical skills — ability to use data to diagnose problems and track outcomes- Excellence in process design, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies- Experience with operations tooling (spreadsheets, Notion, Asana, or similar)- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities at scale- Effective communicator and relationship builder across functions and seniority levelsEqual Opportunity Employer:Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
