Franchise Expansion (Primary Focus)Identify and onboard high-potential franchise partnersBuild new markets and strengthen existing onesDrive speed, quality, and scale in partner acquisition2. Business Growth & ExecutionOwn secondary sales growth through franchise networkEnsure outlet coverage, visibility, and availabilityWork closely with sales teams to improve beat productivity3. Partner Performance ManagementDrive revenue per franchiseMonitor performance and push corrective actionsBuild strong, long-term relationships with partners4. On-Ground Problem SolvingResolve real-time challenges across supply, pricing, and executionCoordinate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance)Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for partners5.
