Zepto speed. ⚡We’re looking for strong operations leaders from Supply Chain, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail & Logistics who understand inventory metrics, shrinkage control, and large team management at scale.If you're currently working as a: |||||— this opportunity is for you.This could be your next big move!What You’ll Own: ✔ End-to-end inventory management (Stock accuracy, Ageing, DOH, Stock Health) ✔ Shrinkage control — loss identification, SOP implementation, audits & corrective actions ✔ Complete dark store operations — inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns & reconciliation ✔ KPI ownership: Fill Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Shrink %, Productivity & SLA adherence ✔ Manpower planning — rostering, productivity tracking & performance management ✔ Escalation handling — inventory mismatches, operational disruptions, manpower gaps ✔ Process compliance, safety & operational excellence across shifts ✔ Training & capability building for scalable execution ✔ Data-driven bottleneck identification & continuous improvementWho We’re Looking For: 1–5 yrs in Warehouse / Dark Store / Retail / E-commerce Ops Strong knowledge of Cycle Count, Inventory Audits, Shrinkage Team handling experienceIdeal Background: Professionals currently working in: Quick Commerce E-commerce Fulfillment Centers Dark Stores Retail Supply Chain 3PL & Logistics Operations Last Mile OperationsIf you’re managing high-velocity inventory environments and driving operational KPIs daily we want to connect.If you are leading teams in warehouse operations or managing high-velocity inventory environments this role is for you.
