We are a digital marketing agency and digital domination partner helping businesses generate revenue through their digital presence through website design & development, SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, and more.We are looking for a Business Growth Champ with 3 - 6 years of agency experience to join our team in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad. This role is client-facing, results-driven, and designed for someone who wants to grow with us, not just work for us.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & SalesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing — your primary hunting ground will be Ahmedabad's thriving business ecosystem, but if you can bring in clients from across India or internationally, we'll back you all the way.Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls → pitching → closing deals.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Client Communication & Relationship BuildingConfidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build long-term trust.Collaboration & StrategyWork closely with the Founder and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of new projects.Share feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and pitches.RequirementsStrong local network in Ahmedabad is a big plus — knowing the business community here gives you a head start.2–6 years of experience in a digital marketing agency in business development/client acquisition.Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance and digital marketing).Familiar with multiple outreach channels (LinkedIn, cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing communication skills.Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).Prior experience with international clients (UAE, Asia, US) is an advantage.What We OfferSalary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000/month (based on experience) + success bonuses on closed deals.Growth Opportunities: Fast-track to senior roles as we scale.Exposure: Work closely with the Founder, be part of strategy discussions, and contribute to Outdo’s growth story.Location: In-office role at Outdo’s headquarters in Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad.
