Job Title: CRM – Senior ExecutiveDepartment: Marketing DepartmentLocation: HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole PurposeThe CRM – Senior Executive is responsible for executing and optimising customerrelationship management initiatives to enhance customer engagement, retention, andlifetime value. The role focuses on managing multi-channel CRM campaigns, leveragingcustomer data insights, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliverpersonalised customer experiences.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities1. Execute and manage CRM campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, and other customertouch points.2. Maintain and segment customer databases to ensure targeted, personalised, andrelevant communication.3. Analyse customer behaviour, purchase trends, and engagement metrics to optimisecampaign performance.4. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales teams to align CRM initiatives with business goalsand ongoing campaigns.5. Manage CRM platforms and tools, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, andcompliance with internal policies.6. Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare MIS reports, and presentactionable insights to stakeholders.7. Support Customer lifecycle journeys, and retention-driven initiatives.8. Liaise with external vendors and agencies for CRM execution, as required.9. Campaign performance and ROI reportingEducational Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related disciplineWork Experience• 3–5 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer engagement, or digitalmarketing• Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing brands will be an addedadvantage
