Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A)Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Onsite)Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (or as per client requirement aligned with CST)Experience Required: 10+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst with deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), senior-level accounting, and financial reporting to support global clients, primarily in North America and Western markets. This role requires a strategic, ownership-driven finance professional who can operate independently, partner with leadership, and drive financial insights through advanced analytics and reporting.The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI skills, advanced Excel capabilities, ERP exposure, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range financial planning.Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support business decision-making.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Accounting & Financial ReportingOversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.Manage controller-level responsibilities including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.Ensure strong internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance with regulatory standards.Business & Stakeholder SupportAct as a strategic finance partner to business leaders and client stakeholders.Support mid-size to large organizations in structured, disciplined environments.Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management.Systems & AnalyticsExtract, analyze, and interpret data from enterprise ERP systems.Develop and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI.Independently build financial reports and analysis using ERP and BI tools.Required QualificationsCPA or equivalent professional accounting designation (international equivalents accepted).Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).10+ years of experience in senior finance and accounting roles.Strong FP&A expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.Senior-level accounting experience with controller or equivalent responsibilities.Deep understanding of:Month-end close processesFinancial reportingAccounting proceduresInternal controlsTechnical & Tool RequirementsERP Experience (Mandatory):Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar mid-to-large enterprise systems.Ability to independently pull data, build reports, and analyze financial information.Advanced Excel Skills:Financial modelingPower QueryAdvanced formulas and data analysisBusiness Intelligence Tools:Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboards, reporting, data visualization).Preferred Experience & SkillsExperience supporting organizations in: North America, Canada, Europe, Other Western marketsExposure to Central Time Zone (CST) operations preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proven career stability with a consistent work history (no frequent short-term roles).
