DXFactor is a /"Great place to work certified company/"We are looking for a Product Manager for Ahmedabad location.DXFactor is a US-based tech company working with reputed Health and Fitness companies across the USWe have our presence in:USIndia (Ahmedabad, Bangalore)Web-site: Product: (Agentic AI Platform) Opening: AI Product ManagerLocation: Ahmedabad (SG Highway), GujaratKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer needs.Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to bring features to life.Identify product opportunities at the intersection of GenAI, automation, and decision intelligence.Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform product direction.Write clear and concise product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.Define and track product KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and inform iterations.Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives to guide agile development cycles.Prioritize features, bugs, and tech improvements to balance delivery speed and quality.Act as the voice of the user while balancing technical constraints and business goals.Required Skills & Qualifications5-7 years of hands-on Product Management experience, launching and iterating digital products.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development workflows.Proficient in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Trello, Notion, or equivalent.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with a working knowledge of data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.Willingness to experiment with prompts or AI tools in your workflow.
