Position OverviewThe Management Lead & Telecaller will handle both lead management and telecalling activities, supporting sales operations, coordinating with internal teams, and converting travel inquiries into confirmed bookings. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls related to domestic and international travel packagesManage and track incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, and marketing campaignsExplain tour packages, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions to prospective clientsEnsure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing to maximize conversionsCoordinate with sales, operations, visa, and ticketing teams for smooth executionMaintain accurate lead records, call logs, and follow-up schedules in CRM or ExcelAssist management with daily sales coordination and workflow monitoringSupport documentation, payment follow-ups, and booking confirmationsHandle customer queries, escalations, and service coordination professionallyMeet daily calling targets and monthly conversion goalsRequired Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and customer-handling skillsExperience in telecalling, travel sales, or lead management (preferred)Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel servicesStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and email communicationTarget-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated approach
