Position: GM / VP – Projects | Utility-Scale Solar (IPP) Location: Gujarat, India Project Scale: ~400 MW Solar IPPWe are a fast-growing Solar IPP seeking an experienced GM / VP – Projects to lead end-to-end execution of a large utility-scale solar project in Gujarat. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.What You Will DoLead end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar projects (land readiness to commissioning & handover)Own schedule, cost, quality, HSE, ESG, and regulatory complianceManage EPC contractors, multi-vendor packages, and large site teamsEnsure strict adherence to PPA, EPC, O&M, and statutory requirementsDrive design optimization, risk mitigation, and execution governanceCoordinate with DISCOMs, SLDC, state authorities, and local stakeholdersWho We’re Looking For15–20 years of experience in solar project execution (IPP / EPC / OEM)Proven delivery of 500 MW+ solar portfolio, including 100 MW+ single projectStrong command over EPC contracts, LDs, performance guarantees, and construction riskExperience leading large, multi-disciplinary project teamsEngineering background (B.E./B.Tech); MBA is a plusWhy This Role?High-impact leadership role with decision-making authorityOpportunity to shape execution standards and delivery culture
