Management Trainee – M&A and Strategy

Position - •Management Trainee – M&A and StrategyJob description - -Researching capital markets in different geographies to proactively identify targets -Maintain database of M&A specific market intelligence e.g. sharinginsights on past and ongoing transactions in terms of their strategic rational, deal multiples etc. -Prepare short evaluation summary for presenting to management to go-n-go -Financial evaluation based on intrinsic/DCF and relative valuation models •Collaborate with business teams for long term planning (revenues, profits, new products, key initiatives driving growth etc.) •Monthly performance analysis of various businesses and functions (identify key issues resulting in performance gaps) •Prepare monthly performance dashboard for the management •Qualification - •CA or CFA FresherKey competencies - •Analytical, collaborative, high business orientation, strategic thinking & creative •Good communication and presentation skills •Comfortable working on Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and Excel
