Key Responsibilities Own and grow Aava’s D2C business across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, and . Manage listings, offers, visibility, and product launches for Aava’s expanding product range. Oversee customer experience from ordering to delivery, feedback, and reordering. Take full ownership of the customer care email and helpline — ensuring professional and prompt communication. Plan and execute monthly content and digital campaigns using Meta, Google, influencer collaborations, and AI tools. Coordinate activations, sampling drives, and on-ground events to promote Aava’s glass bottles and new beverages. Work closely with operations, logistics, and creative teams for smooth execution. Maintain performance dashboards and provide weekly growth and service updates. Ideal Candidate 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, D2C operations, or brand management. Background in a digital agency, D2C brand, or startup preferred. AI-savvy — hands-on with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, or Notion. Strong understanding of customer experience, digital ads, and content planning. Energetic, resourceful, and willing to get hands dirty. Comfortable taking calls and resolving customer issues after hours when needed. Flexible for weekend events and brand activations. Thinks like an owner, not an employee — driven by results and responsibility.
