Senior Data Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, SQL, Python, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting insights from data, creating visualizations, and supporting decision-making processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities: ● Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. ● Write optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases. ● Utilize Python for data analysis, data cleansing, automation, and statistical modeling. ● Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Amazon QuickSight. ● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data-driven solutions. ● Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources. ● Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and opportunities. ● Work closely with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and reporting infrastructure. ● Present findings and insights to key stakeholders through visual storytelling and data presentations. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. ● 3-4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and business intelligence ● Strong proficiency in SQL (query optimization, joins, CTEs, window functions, etc.). ● Expertise in Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy), visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn), and automation. ● Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Amazon QuickSight. ● Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into data insights. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. ● Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: ● Certification in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or AWS is a plus. ● Experience working in an agile environment. ● Knowledge of scripting for automation and workflow improvements.
