Business Development Executive- Web

About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in web technologies and a passion for exploring new opportunities in AI. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in web technologies mainly PHP, CMS & JS frameworks and emerging AI-driven solutions . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, product, and delivery) to design tailored solutions for client needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships by adopting a customer-first approach . Develop and present compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities. Lead negotiations with clients to drive deals from proposal to closure. Stay updated on industry trends, especially AI advancements and their business applications , to identify and pitch innovative opportunities. Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Provide feedback to the product and technical teams on customer requirements and market insights. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or digital solutions. Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, and web-based technologies . Exposure to AI solutions and applications (awareness of trends, use cases, and market potential). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills . Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
