We are looking for a Manager – Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to lead our high-performing team of BI professionals in building next-generation analytics products that fuel strategic decisions across R&D, marketing, operations, and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to blend technical expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Python with leadership skills to deliver actionable insights and scalable BI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of BIEs in developing advanced analytics and visualization solutions Oversee end-to-end BI development, including data pipelines (SQL, Python), dashboards (Power BI), and user training Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance standards are met across all BI initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data opportunities and align solutions with business needs Conduct peer code reviews and ensure continuous learning and upskilling within the team Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools in the BI ecosystem and apply them to drive innovation Serve as a key contributor in Agile pods, addressing complex challenges with scalable BI solutions Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or Statistics 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics Mastery in SQL, and strong expertise in Power BI or Tableau Proficient in Python for data manipulation and pipeline automation Proven experience managing end-to-end BI projects Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Ability to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strategic mindset with the ability to balance innovation with business priorities What’s in It for You: Lead mission-critical projects that directly impact business strategy Work in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment Collaborate with global teams and business leaders Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement Career progression in a high-impact role with strong executive visibility
