Program Manager - Life Sciences

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong domain expertise in Life Sciences and hands-on experience with Veeva applications. The role involves managing end-to-end program delivery, leading cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary interface between clients and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple programs/projects within Life Sciences domain (Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Commercial).Drive end-to-end delivery of Veeva-based solutions (e.g., Vault, CRM) ensuring alignment with client objectives.Act as the primary customer interface, ensuring stakeholder alignment, communication, and satisfaction.Manage cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, SMEs, and QA teams.Oversee project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery governance.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GxP, FDA, EMA).Drive program-level reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement when required.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of experience in Program/Project Management within Life Sciences.Strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault and/or Veeva CRM.Domain expertise in one or more areas: Clinical, Regulatory (RIM), Quality, or Commercial.Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.Strong understanding of GxP compliance and validation processes.Experience working with global clients/stakeholders.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience in managing global delivery models (onshore/offshore).Exposure to Agile / Hybrid delivery methodologies.Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or equivalent.Prior experience in Veeva implementation/rollout programs.
