Job Title: Graphic Designer – US Staffing Experience (Remote) Location:Remote Experience:Minimum 3 years Employment Type:Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-orientedGraphic Designerwith proven experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should be adept at translating recruitment concepts into compelling visual designs that align with our brand and resonate with a US-based audience.Key Responsibilities: Design marketing collateral for recruitment campaigns including brochures, social media creatives, email templates, infographics, and PowerPoint decks. Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to create visuals that support client presentations, job fairs, and employer branding. Develop creative content for job advertisements tailored to US market sensibilities. Maintain brand consistency across all projects. Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM integrations where applicable. Assist with the visual aspects of digital marketing including website graphics, newsletters, and LinkedIn campaigns.Requirements: 5+ yearsof experience in graphic designing, preferably within a recruitment or staffing setup. Strong understanding ofUS staffing industry workflows, terminologies, and audience preferences . Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design platforms. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills relevant to recruitment and staffing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote setting. Ability to manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.Nice to Have: Experience working with US-based recruitment firms or MSP/VMS environments. Familiarity with basic video editing and motion graphics.
