Responsibilities:Creative Leadership Lead and mentor a team of writers, creatives, and strategists across projects Set the creative vision and tone for Vantara across platforms Ensure all output meets a high bar of originality, craft, and impactCampaign & Content Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns across social, digital, and beyond Drive always-on (BAU) content while constantly elevating it with fresh thinking Translate complex, real-world stories (rescues, treatments, conservation efforts) into compelling narrativesDigital & Social Expertise Own platform-first thinking across Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging channels Bring a strong understanding of formats, trends, algorithms, and audience behavior Push innovative content formats and storytelling approachesClient & Stakeholder Management Act as a key client-facing leader, presenting ideas with clarity and conviction Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders Build trust through strategic thinking and consistent deliveryOperational Excellence Oversee end-to-end creative delivery across multiple workstreams Balance speed with quality in a dynamic, high-pressure environment Bring structure and direction to a fast-moving setupQualifications8–12+ years in copywriting/creative roles, preferably in digital or integrated agencies Proven experience leading teams and large-scale campaigns Strong portfolio demonstrating big ideas + social-first executionRequired SkillsCreative & Strategic Thinking Ability to move seamlessly between big campaign ideas and sharp daily content Strong storytelling instincts, especially for real, human (and animal) stories A problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity Digital Fluency Deep understanding of social media platforms, formats, and internet culture Awareness of emerging trends, creators, and content ecosystems Communication & Language Exceptional command of English (written and verbal) Ability to write across tones — from emotional storytelling to sharp, witty copy Strong presentation skills — clear, persuasive, and confident Leadership & Soft Skills A natural leader who inspires, guides, and elevates teams High ownership and accountability Adaptable, calm under pressure, and solutions-oriented Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions Curiosity-driven, proactive, and constantly seeking better ideas
