We seek inspiration from timeless beauty and transform it to meet the needs of the modern woman.ResponsibilitiesCreate compelling designs for product packaging, labels, brochures, and marketing collateral.Design digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.Develop seasonal and promotional campaigns, aligning with the brand’s visual language.Produce design concepts, layouts, and mockups that effectively communicate brand aesthetics and product messaging.Ensure that all creative materials are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and message across multiple platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and translate marketing objectives into visually engaging designs.Work closely with the marketing, product development, and packaging teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for campaigns, products, and events.Stay updated on current design trends, especially within the beauty and cosmetics industry, to create fresh, innovative design solutions.Ensure the designs reflect the latest industry trends, aesthetics, and customer expectations.Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output and accuracy.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
