Role Description As a Graphic Designer , you will: Design presentations, reports, and client-facing materials Create branding assets - infographics, brochures, social media creatives Translate complex business ideas into compelling visuals Work with consultants and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life Maintain brand consistency while exploring new design approaches Support UI/UX initiatives for websites and digital platforms Education Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred 0–1 year of professional experience in design (freshers with strong portfolios welcome) Candidates with certifications or exceptional portfolios will be given preference Who We’re Looking For Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma/Adobe XD a plus) Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Ability to simplify and visualize complex concepts Bonus: Video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects) Traits: creative, detail-oriented, and ambitious to learn fast What You’ll Gain High-Impact Portfolio- your work will be seen by clients and CXOs Direct Mentorship- work alongside IIM Alumnus and senior consultants Cross-Industry Exposure- apply design across multiple business sectors Competitive Salary – based on industry standards and interview performance Career Growth Path – opportunity to grow into senior designer and brand roles as Sahay expands
