As a Graphic Designer, you will create high-quality visuals for digital and print campaigns, collaborate with our marketing team, and use both traditional and AI-powered design tools to deliver compelling content. Key Responsibilities Design graphics for digital and print, including social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, websites, and presentations. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop campaign-aligned visuals. Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials. Create motion graphics and perform light video editing for reels and promos. Use AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and Canva AI to enhance productivity. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Stay updated on design trends, new tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a design role, preferably in digital marketing or an agency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with Canva, Figma, and motion graphics software. Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Design, DALL·E, Midjourney). Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile visuals. Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills. Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Slack, and Asana.
