Job Title: Front Office cum Admin ExecutiveLocation: Ahmedabad, GujaratWorking Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM ISTCompany: Paperchase AccountancyAbout the Role:Paperchase Accountancy is seeking a professional, proactive, and highly organized Front Office cum Admin Executive to manage front desk operations, coordinate administrative activities, and provide executive support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management:Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring a warm and professional welcomeHandle incoming calls, emails, couriers, and visitor coordination with efficiency and professionalismMaintain reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces in an organized and presentable mannerCoordinate hospitality arrangements for employees and guestsAdministrative Support:Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure seamless operational flowLiaise with vendors, housekeeping, facility management teams, and office suppliersMaintain organized records of office documents, invoices, contracts, and administrative trackersSupport travel bookings, expense reimbursements, and coordination of office events and activitiesEnsure timely execution of administrative processes and escalate issues when necessaryExecutive Calendar & Coordination:Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for C-level executivesCoordinate internal and external meetings, including cross-time-zone scheduling when requiredSchedule interviews, leadership meetings, business reviews, and client interactionsTrack meeting priorities, send reminders, and ensure timely follow-upsAssist leadership with travel arrangements, itineraries, and meeting logisticsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field2–5 years of proven experience in front office, administration, or executive coordination rolesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and calendar management toolsProfessional demeanor with strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when working with senior leadershipPreferred Attributes:Prior experience supporting senior management or C-suite executivesBackground in professional services, finance, consulting, or accounting industries is highly desirableStrong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindsetHigh sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detailPositive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Join Paperchase Accountancy?Opportunity to work closely with and learn from senior leadershipCollaborative and growth-oriented work cultureExposure to global business operations and the professional services industryCompetitive compensation and benefitsA role that offers variety, responsibility, and career development opportunities
