The role is not a pure admin position — it is meant for someone who is strong on follow-up, communication, project tracking, and working across multiple teams and stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesSupport the founder on key business priorities and day-to-day follow-throughPrepare meeting agendas, notes, trackers, and action listsTrack follow-ups across internal teams and external stakeholdersCoordinate on cross-functional projects and founder-led initiativesConsolidate updates and present them in a structured waySupport international / export / partner coordination and special projectsImprove documentation, communication, and execution disciplineIdeal profile2–5 years of relevant experienceStrong ownership and follow-throughExcellent organization and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communicationComfortable in a fast-paced, founder-led environmentGood with Excel / Google Sheets, trackers, and presentationsStartup / founder’s office / operations / project coordination experience preferredThis role offers broad exposure across business functions and strong growth potential for the right person.
