The role primarily involves outbound and inbound telecalling, client follow-ups, handling basic inquiries, coordinating between customers, relationship managers, and internal teams, and supporting the execution of ongoing cases.The role requires active participation in voice-based client engagement, process follow-ups, and coordination support while maintaining high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and customer service.Gujarati language proficiency is mandatory, and only Ahmedabad-based candidates should apply.QualificationsGraduate / MBA in any disciplineFreshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, client coordination, or customer supportGujarati language proficiency is mandatory (Hindi & English preferred)Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable with voice-based client interaction and follow-upsBasic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call/client records.⚠️ STRICT NOTE (IMPORTANT)Only candidates who meet the above criteria and are currently based in Ahmedabad / Greater Ahmedabad should apply.Applications from other cities or profiles not matching the role requirements will not be considered.
