IMMEDIATE JOINER - Multi tasking job Job brief We are looking for an HR and admin executive to support the company in HR and various back office-related tasks. The selected candidate will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external vendors/partners. Main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides), and updating our databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative/back-office tasks in a timely manner. Responsibilities Organize and maintain individual records Maintain and Prepare all HR documents, like employment contracts Coordinate with external partners, like A/C vendors, and make sure all legal compliance Prepare regular reports and submit HR metrics to management on regular basis Solve employees queries Support in the payroll department by providing employee data (e.g. leaves, timesheets) Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms Involve in HR projects Not limited to HR but Must Be Ready For Multi-Task Like Administration, Back Office, ECommerce-Related Work, And Business Development. Qualifications Having work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role Computer knowledge (MS Office applications, in particular) Thorough knowledge of the Government of Gujarat laws Excellent skills, with an ability to prioritize highly important projects Very strong communication skills
