The ideal candidate will bring strong domain experience in the edible oils sector along with proven leadership in finance and administration.Experience Required 10–15 yearsof total experience Minimum5 years in a Head of Finance / Finance Leadership role Minimum5 years of experience in the Edible Oils industryKey Responsibilities Lead the overallFinance & Administrationfunction Overseeaccounting, financial planning, budgeting, and statutory compliance Prepare, analyze, and presentMIS reports and Board-level financial statementsto the Board of Directors Manage, guide, and mentor thefinance and accounts team Implement and superviseERP onboarding and setup , ensuring seamless process integration Managecash flow, working capital, and financial controls Raise debt and manage relationships withbanks and financial institutions Ensureaudit coordination, statutory compliance, and risk managementRequired Skills & Expertise Mandatory:Experience in theEdible Oils sector Proven track record asHead of Finance - Leadership Role Hands-on experience inERP implementation Expertise inMIS reportingand presenting financials to Boards Experience indebt raising, lender management, and financial negotiations Strongleadership and team managementcapabilities Excellent understanding ofaccounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance
