Location:Ahmedabad Experience:4–10 Years Qualification:Chartered Accountant (CA) Shift Timing:2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (IST)About the Role We are seeking a qualifiedChartered Accountantwith strong experience inend-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis . The role involves managing core accounting activities while supporting management with financial insights, planning support, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities Handleend-to-end accounting operationsincluding GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and month-end close. Prepare and reviewmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsin line with applicable standards. Performvariance analysison actuals vs budget and provide explanations to management. Supportbudgeting and forecasting activitiesin coordination with business teams. PrepareMIS, management reports, and financial dashboards . Monitorcosts, margins, and cash flowsand highlight key financial trends. Supportstatutory audit, internal audit, and compliancerequirements. Handle and lead a team of 7–10 members. Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and financial governance. Skills & Competencies CA with Indian Accounting experience is eligible for this role. Good understanding offinancial analysis, budgeting support, and MIS reporting . Proficiency inMS Excel and PowerPoint ; ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/Tally) preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. High accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership mindset. Preferred Profile Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory Experience inAccounting, Finance Operations, or Corporate Finance Exposure to growing or multi-entity organizations is an advantage
