About the Role Designation: Sr. Manager (Accounts and Finance) Job location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager (Accounts and Finance) to lead our commercial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and a proven track record in financial planning and analysis. Job Description Accounting & Financial Reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and reconciliation of ledgers. Financial Planning and Analysis Lead budgeting, forecasting, and managing working capital for business needs. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions. Compliance and Audit Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable laws. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits. Maintain documentation and records to support audit and regulatory requirements. Cash Flow Management Manage cash flow, banking transactions (including bank guarantees, letter of credit, foreign remittance etc.), and fund utilization. Optimize working capital and ensure liquidity for operational needs. Oversee accounts receivable and payable to optimize cash flow and ensure efficient working capital management Team Leadership Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, integrity, and accountability. Preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in accounting and finance field. Proficiency in software such as Tally Prime, MS office etc. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a mid-sized organization.
