Performfunctional, regression, integration, and UAT testingfor ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM modules. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions. Conductend-to-end testingof ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, integrations, and custom applications. Ensure compliance withQA best practicesand participate in release planning and defect management. Drivetest automation initiativeswhere applicable within ServiceNow. Document defects clearly, track them to closure, and prepare detailedtest reports and metrics .
