Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Visa & OCI Processing Specialist to handle all visa applications, OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) card processing, passport services, and related immigration documentation. This is an offshore role supporting our US-based travel agency. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in visa and immigration paperwork, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and consulates.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess OCI new applications, renewals, and miscellaneous services end-to-endHandle Indian visa applications (tourist, business, e-visa, conference, etc.)Manage US passport renewals and new applications for clientsProcess visa applications for other countries (UK, Canada, Schengen, etc.)Track application statuses and provide timely updates to clientsCoordinate with consulates, VFS Global, BLS International, and CKGSEnsure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted before deadlinesMaintain organized digital records of all applications and client filesHandle client queries via email, WhatsApp, and phone regarding visa/OCI statusStay updated on changing visa policies, travel advisories, and immigration rulesPrepare and review supporting documents (cover letters, itineraries, financial docs)Process attestation and apostille services as neededRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or immigration servicesStrong knowledge of OCI application process and Indian consulate proceduresFamiliarity with VFS Global, BLS International, and CKGS portalsExcellent written and verbal English communicationHigh attention to detail — visa applications have zero tolerance for errorsProficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM toolsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable working US business hours or with significant overlapPrior experience in a travel agency environment is a strong plusPreferred QualificationsExperience in processing Schengen, UK, and Canada visa applicationsKnowledge of US immigration forms (DS-160, etc.)Experience with passport attestation and document legalizationMulti-lingual skills (Hindi, Gujarati, or other Indian languages)
