Role Description: The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing diaries, handling clerical tasks, and maintaining effective communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Scheduling appointments and organizing meetings Managing correspondence and maintaining records Maintaining the order file and ensuring timely updates Preparing and managing cutting cards Coordinating with and managing material suppliers Supporting the executive team with administrative tasks as required This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Qualifications Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (top priority) Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Strong communication skills Diary management skills Proficiency in clerical tasks Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in other office software applications Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
