QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician). Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems.Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
