Role – Simulation Engineer (STAR-CCM+ & FloEFD) Location: Agra (Onsite) Experience: 4–6 years Domain: Aerodynamics Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled M.Tech/PhD-qualified STAR-CCM+ and FloEFD expert to join as an onsite Technical Specialist in Agra. The candidate will provide advanced CFD expertise in the aerodynamics domain , working directly with engineering teams to drive simulation-driven design and validation activities. Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced aerodynamic CFD analysis using STAR-CCM+ and FloEFD for external and internal flows. Build, validate, and optimize CFD models for drag, lift, pressure distribution, and thermal management. Execute complete workflows: CAD integration, meshing, solver setup, boundary condition definition, and post-processing . Provide onsite technical support , including mentoring client engineers and troubleshooting complex simulation challenges. Generate high-quality technical documentation, reports, and presentations for design review and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to align simulation outcomes with experimental and test data. Required Skills & Qualifications: M.Tech/PhD in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline. 4–5 years of hands-on experience with STAR-CCM+ and/or FloEFD , with focus on aerodynamics. Strong theoretical foundation in fluid dynamics, turbulence modeling, and heat transfer . Proven track record in aerospace/defense or automotive aerodynamics projects . Expertise in geometry handling, meshing strategies, solver optimization, and HPC utilization . Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have: Experience with Simcenter ecosystem (Simcenter 3D, HEEDS, Amesim, etc.). Familiarity with wind tunnel testing and correlation with CFD results . Knowledge of coupled physics (fluid–thermal–structural) .
